The parts most dealers leave vague.
Four documents: what we inspect, what we sell on, what happens when something is wrong, and what we do with your details. Written to be read rather than to be survived.
Inspection standard
What we check on every vehicle before it reaches the floor.
What this means
Everything found goes into the report whether or not it helps the sale. Rolled-back mileage, undisclosed structural damage or mismatched papers mean the vehicle is declined.
- Vehicle identification: VIN verified against papers and vehicle
- Ownership history and country of registration
- Mileage checked against service records and readable modules
- Accident, structural, mechanical and electrical inspection
- Interior, equipment and documentation
Terms of sale
The commercial terms that apply to every vehicle we sell.
What this means
We do not accept cash handovers, personal accounts or third-party payments.
- Written quotes are valid for seven days
- Reservations state the deposit, duration and refund terms
- Payment is by bank transfer to the corporate account
- Registration and ownership transfer happen before handover
Returns and disputes
What happens when something is not right.
What this means
Normal wear, consumables and faults that develop after sale are not grounds for return unless they contradict the report.
- Raise a material reporting error in writing within 14 days
- We inspect the claim ourselves and at our cost
- Where the report was wrong, we repair, adjust the price or take the vehicle back
Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
What this means
We use your details to answer your enquiry, complete your transaction and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your details or pass them to marketers.
- Your name and contact details
- Details of the vehicle you are buying or selling
- Identification, address and payment records where required
